SUBJECT: Transformation Design in Healthcare Services

I am delighted to be honored with the NiBB Innovation Award 2024 and would like to thank Anita Torkel and the NiBB committee for their trust and such special appreciation!
I also see an important mandate in the award: to keep on going.

As a common, unifying element between all of this year’s award winners with very different biographies, I identified, among other things, our challenge to handle a wide variety of opposition in our everyday professional lives, as is often the case with new challenges.
I myself always see resistance as an inspiring and welcoming opportunity. With this in mind, I would like to continue to shape future innovations.
